Jamie is a qualified Personal Trainer, Sport Rehabilitator BSc and Sports Massage therapist based in Burnham-On-Crouch, Essex. His wealth of experience is focused in training those who are wanting to lose body fat through to those recovering from an injury and anything in-between.

 

My main hobbies include snowboarding, wakeboarding, windsurfing and stand-up paddleboarding; essentially anything that gets me outdoors, in the fresh air, I am a great fan of! I have spent many years abroad, living in the snowy mountains as well as beside the sea - instructing water-skiing and wakeboarding.

 

Currently, I am enjoying becoming a Dad, and am fascinated in watching my two Sons growing up so fast and learning new skills; hence the reason I have become a Personal Trainer based in Burnham-on-Crouch and am no longer travelling the world.  

 

I find this work highly rewarding and challenging; whether the client's goal is returning from injury or aiming for a particular fitness goal - every individual is different! No two days are the same and the plus side is I'm not sat behind a desk  :-D
