Jamie is a level 3 Personal trainer and has a BSc degree in Sports Rehabilitation. His approach to fitness is to design programs to support the clients daily needs and their personal goals. An all round approach by improving your strength, stability, posture and mobility. Through guided exercises you can recover, prevent injuries and achieve whatever life throws at you.
