Strong & Supple  A Class for a stronger and more resilient you

 

This exercise class is designed to enhance your overall well-being through a combination of strength training and mobility exercises. This class focuses on building functional strength, improving joint stability, and increasing flexibility; helping you move better and feel stronger in everyday life.

 

Using body weight through to barbells you’ll develop a solid foundation of strength while promoting better posture, balance, and coordination. Whether you’re looking to feel stronger, prevent injuries, or simply move with more ease, this class is suitable for all fitness levels.
